Impact

I am an AI researcher in the field of Human Language Technology, my primary research interests lie in human-ai collaboration and reasoning, and an accomplished software professional with entrepreneurial zeal to harness technology to make a significant social impact. Made a significant contribution to the PM Wani initiative in India through the iSPIRT foundation providing 500 million people with wifi access to bridge the digital divide. Launched the RealfitMe app to bring working professionals and dispersed families together for fitness that clocked 100 M+ steps by 500+ people in response to the pandemic. Worked across domains and industries with a positive impact going beyond in each role I have taken demonstrated by my work and awards such as "Making an Impact" and "Being comfortable in being uncomfortable".

Technical Skills

Applied various methods to analyze and generate natural language from different sources and modalities and published several research papers and articles in reputable journals. Implemented and evaluated models using popular frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, Langchain, Fine-tuning, Pinecone, Retrieval augmented generation, Prompting, Huggingface, etc. Experienced in data analytics and visualization, using tools such as Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc. to convey the results of analysis in an effective and engaging way. Initiated and executed several projects and initiatives related to artificial intelligence, human-AI collaboration, and developing mission-critical applications using software engineering using datadriven approaches.

Also Proficient in full stack development following agile principles building scalable cloud-native application deployed in both android and Apple OS on GCP platform. Used Node.js, Express, and Flask as backend frameworks, and MongoDB, Firebase, and SQL as databases to build cloud native applications with responsive and interactive UIs using Next, React, and Angular. Deployed applications on Digital Ocean, GCP, and AWS using various features such as gateways, containers, load balancing, automated scaling, and inbuilt observability. Automated and streamlined the development and delivery process using Docker, Kubernetes and GitHub Actions.
